MEMBERSHIPS & SPONSORSHIPS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
YOUR PLYMOUTH PAVILIONS MEMBERSHIP/SPONSORSHIP
Plymouth Pavilions is operated by The Plymouth Pavilions Limited hereafter referenced as ‘Plymouth Pavilions’. By purchasing a Membership/Sponsorship you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
GENERAL
- Your Pavilions Membership/Sponsorship Agreement must be signed by an authorised member of your group or organisation.
- Each Membership/Sponsorship will run for a term of 12 months.
- Membership/Sponsorship benefits are limited to these terms and conditions.
- Membership/Sponsorship benefits only apply to Pavilions Membership/Sponsorship ticket holders, and do not apply to tickets purchased by individuals, despite their affiliation to any group or organisation. This includes access to Priority Bar.
- Membership does not guarantee access to tickets.
- Plymouth Pavilions reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
YOUR PACKAGE INCLUDES
- Complimentary tickets for use against shows and events at Plymouth Pavilions throughout your Membership/Sponsorship term depending on the package type. (A-Lister: 10 per year, Associate Partner: 30 per year, Elite Sponsor: 40 per year).
- Access to our Priority Lounge prior to the show and during intervals, where an interval order service will be available.
- Dedicated use of the cloakroom within the limits of our prohibited items policy.
- Shared use of the Priority queue to access the building on show nights.
- Advanced notification of new events prior to the general public.
- Seasonal what’s on e-newsletter in your inbox.
- Priority access to purchase tickets for shows and events at Plymouth Pavilions. ahead of the general public throughout your Membership/Sponsorship term.
- Your business logo on the Plymouth Pavilions website, plasma screens.
- Digital screen advertising of your business around the venue during events.
- Newsletter sponsorships. (2 per annum) (Associate partner & Elite Sponsor).
- Business banner on Ticketek App (Elite Sponsor only).
- Logo inclusion across relevant comms (Elite Sponsor only).
- Take over your sponsored space (Elite Sponsor only).
TICKETS
- All tickets, purchased or complimentary, are subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale, in addition to any special conditions and/or those of the Promoter.
- Whilst every effort will be made, Plymouth Pavilions are unable to guarantee availability of complimentary tickets. As such, Plymouth Pavilions reserve the right to restrict ticket purchases, and ticket amounts should Promoter restrictions be enforced.
- Where Plymouth Pavilions is not responsible for ticket sales, Membership/Sponsorship allocations will not apply. This also applies to ticket pre-sales facilitated by third party ticket agencies.
- Membership/Sponsorship allocations will be fulfilled on a first come first served basis, thus specific seating requests can not be facilitated.
- Special offers will be facilitated in line with Promoter stipulations and can not be retrospectively applied.
- Once Membership/Sponsorship ticket allocations have been used, all further tickets will be charged at full price (including fees) until Membership/Sponsorship renewal date.
- Membership/Sponsorship codes, links, or IDs must be used when purchasing tickets. Please note that if a member forgets to apply their Membership/Sponsorship , Plymouth Pavilions will be unable to issue a refund for those tickets.
BRANDING & ADVERTISING
- The Member/sponsor will provide accurate, complete and professional advertising.
- Plymouth Pavilions reserves the right to reject, cancel or remove any advertisement that it deems inappropriate, unprofessional, poor quality, misleading or a violation of any laws or regulations.
- Any artwork needed for Membership/Sponsorship packages will need to be provided at least 14 days in advance of advertising dates/start of Membership/Sponsorship.
- Plymouth Pavilions does not guarantee specific advertisement space locations for Memberships/Sponsorships, but will make reasonable efforts to place logos/ads in the agreed upon locations and formats.
- Plymouth Pavilions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the advertising services.
MEMBERSHIP / SPONSORSHIP UPGRADES
- Your Membership/Sponsorship may be upgraded at any point during the 12 month term, where a pro rata based fee will be applied.
MEMBERSHIP / SPONSORSHIP RENEWALS
- Membership will renew automatically unless you notify us in advance.
- Members will be notified of your pending Membership/Sponsorship renewal 2 months prior to the term end.
- Complimentary tickets must be used within each annual Membership/Sponsorship period and can not be rolled over.
CANCELLATION
- Plymouth Pavilions reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to terminate any agreement and cancel any bookings where we reasonably suspect them (i) to have been made fraudulently, (ii) to have been purchased for resale or are resold or (iii) where you are otherwise in breach of our standard T&C’s or special conditions.
- Membership/Sponsorship can not be reduced within the 12 month term.
- Membership/Sponsorship can not be refunded in full or part.
PAYMENT TERMS
You can start using your Membership/Sponsorship benefits straight away once we have received your completed Membership/Sponsorship Agreement and payment.
- An invoice will be raised, and will be due on receipt.
- Membership/Sponsorship benefits apply from receipt of signed Pavilions Membership/Sponsorship Agreement.
- Payment outside of these terms will render your Membership/Sponsorship void. All associated benefits and tickets will be withdrawn and charged as appropriate.
- All Membership/Sponsorship are subject to VAT.
