Booking Tickets:
To book tickets you can use our online booking service which is available 24/7 or Plymouth Pavilions’ Box Office which is open for face-to-face bookings 60 minutes before any show is due to start.

Fees
As the venue, we sell tickets on behalf of the promoter of the event and tickets face value goes to them. The administration fee covers the cost of running our Box Office department, call centre and ticketing software. The handling fee is charged per order (irrespective of number of tickets in that order) and contributes to the operational costs of processing your order and tickets.
The venue facility fee covers the cost of maintaining and developing our venue, to ensure we can continue to host world class shows and events.
