Fees
As the venue, we sell tickets on behalf of the event promoter. The ticket face value goes directly to the promoter. The service fee covers the costs of running our Box Office, call centre, and ticketing software. It helps us provide a smooth booking experience.
The handling fee is charged per order, no matter how many tickets you purchase. This fee contributes to the operational costs of processing your order and tickets. The venue facility fee helps maintain and develop Plymouth Pavilions. This ensures we continue to host world-class shows and events.
