Plymouth Pavilions is operated by The Plymouth Pavilions Limited hereafter referenced as ‘Plymouth Pavilions’.
 
Tickets for events at Plymouth Pavilions are issued by Ticketek and are sold on behalf of the performance or event’s Promoter and are subject to the following terms and conditions of sale, in addition to the Promoter and Ticketek’s purchase policy.

  1. All tickets are sold via Ticketek. For the full purchase policy please click here.
  2. Tickets purchased through Plymouth Pavilions or for shows at Plymouth Pavilions via Ticktek are non-refundable unless events are cancelled or rescheduled. You can purchase ticket insurance through the ticketing path to protect the cost of your tickets, excluding fees.
  3. Plymouth Pavilions reserves the right to refuse the ticket holder admission to the Arena and does not take responsibility for duplicate tickets. Your ticket will have a unique barcode, please do not make or distribute multiple copies as only the first person to use the ticket at our Arena doors will be given access to the performance or event.
  4. Plymouth Pavilions accepts no liability for the perceived quality of the performance or event for which you are purchasing tickets.  Tickets can not be refunded because of concerns over the quality of content, sound, lighting, timing, duration, or any other element of the production of the performance or event.
  5. Plymouth Pavilions reserves the right to promote special ticket offers in addition to those published in our printed marketing materials or on our website. These can not be applied retrospectively, may be subject to limited availability and can be withdrawn at any time.
  6. Only one concession applies per ticket, please see individual show pages for details of any concessions. Please note: concessions are set by the show Promoter, not Plymouth Pavilions, and are not available on all shows. From January 2024 we will be moving to the Nimbus Access Card scheme, the great news is that you will be able to book your tickets online. We will need proof of your accessibility needs when purchasing a ticket and you can provide this by signing up for the Access Card.   7. Due to health and safety requirements and to ensure the best experience for all our customers, dedicated wheelchair positions are allocated for all performances and events. From January 2024 we will be moving to the Nimbus Access Card scheme, the great news is that you will be able to book your tickets online. We will need proof of your accessibility needs when purchasing a ticket and you can provide this by signing up for the Access Card. If you want more information about the accessibility card, please click on this website to register or email cards@accesscard.online or call the Access Card team on 0330 808 5108 7727. Without a ticket for one of these dedicated positions, wheelchair access to any performance or event cannot be guaranteed and Plymouth Pavilions reserve the right to refuse entry.
  8. Plymouth Pavilions takes no responsibility for tickets or services purchased via an agency or third party, including individuals purchasing on behalf of a group.
  9. Only tickets purchased from Ticketek or our approved agents are valid for admission to a performance or event.
  10. Tickets are required for each child attending a performance. Some performances or events may have age restrictions, please check for any restrictions prior to purchasing your tickets. Children under 2 years of age do not require a ticket and will not be allocated a seat, unless stated.
  11. All ticket prices quoted by Plymouth Pavilions are for tickets purchased in advance of the performance or event. The Promoter reserves the right to change the price of tickets purchased from Ticketek on the day of the performance or event.
  1. Plymouth Pavilions reserves the right to refuse tickets holder admission to the premises, change programme details without notice and provide alternative seats to those specified on the tickets.
  2. Whilst we try our best to admit latecomers during a suitable break in the performance, late admission cannot always be guaranteed.
  3. Security searches may be carried out at certain performances and events. The use of cameras, recording equipment and mobile telephones is strictly prohibited in the Arena. For more information, please click here.
  4. Building and Statutory Regulations mean that we cannot allow cans or glass containers into the Arena.
  5. Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 16 or over, unless specified on the individual show page. Information on bringing children under the age of 2 to the arena can be found here
  6. Any form of illegal, violent, or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.
  7. Whilst we work hard to minimise occurrences, customers may from time to time choose to stand at seated performances and events.
  8. Neither the Promoter nor Plymouth Pavilions accept responsibility for personal property brought on to the premises.

  2. By entering the venue you give your consent to being photographed or filmed as a member of the audience. This may be used for future promotional activity.
  3. CCTV is in operation throughout Plymouth Pavilions for the purpose of crime prevention and detection.

Gift vouchers are available for redemption against shows and events in the Plymouth Pavilions Arena. This does not include ‘Christmas Parties’ or external events. These are available to be purchased from www.plymouthpavilions.com.

  1. Eligibility – The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Employees of Plymouth Pavilions and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  2. Entry Requirements – Participants must follow the specified entry instructions to be considered for the competition. Only one entry per person is allowed.
  3. Competition Period – The competition start and end dates will be clearly stated. Late entries will not be accepted.
  4. Winner Selection – The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries. The decision of Plymouth Pavilions is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. Notification of Winners – The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during entry. If the winner cannot be reached within a specified period, an alternative winner may be selected.
  6. Prize Details – The prize will be stated on the competition, usually this will be 2x tickets to shows or a gift. Tickets and gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.
  7. Ticket Redemption – The winner will receive instructions on how to redeem the tickets. Tickets are subject to availability and may be subject to specific event terms and conditions.
  8. Event Attendance – Plymouth Pavilions reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual. Participants must adhere to the venue’s rules and regulations during the event.
  9. Publicity – By entering the competition, participants agree to participate in publicity and promotional activities if requested by Plymouth Pavilions.
  10. Cancellation or Changes – Plymouth Pavilions reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of cancellation, no compensation will be provided.
  11. Data Protection – Personal information collected during the competition will be used in accordance with Plymouth Pavilions’ Privacy Policy.
  12. Governing Law – These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK. Any disputes arising in connection with the competition are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UK. By participating in the competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
