These terms and conditions apply to gift vouchers purchased from Ticketek (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) for events at Plymouth Pavilions. By purchasing a gift voucher, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Definitions
“Gift voucher” refers to the voucher issued by us that can be used towards tickets for events at Plymouth Pavilions. “Purchaser” refers to the person who buys the gift voucher.
“Recipient” refers to the person who receives and uses the gift voucher.

2. Gift Voucher Purchase and Redemption
2.1. The gift voucher will be activated automatically upon purchase. It will be delivered by email to your email address, which you will be required to provided to us. It can be used by the purchaser or the purchaser may give the gift voucher to another recipient.
2.2. The gift voucher can be redeemed against all tickets sold for events at Plymouth Pavilions purchased online at plymouthpavilions.com and via the Ticketek app. Tickets to events are subject to availability and will be subject to further terms and conditions at the point of sale.
2.3. The gift voucher cannot be redeemed in person at the Plymouth Pavilions or elsewhere.
2.4. The gift voucher cannot be used anywhere else and cannot be redeemed against tickets at any other venue or against any other products or services sold by us.
2.5. The gift voucher can be used in combination with other gift vouchers and offers.
2.6. The maximum spend per order (whether relating to one event or multiple events) using one or more gift vouchers is £1,000. If a recipient attempts to spend more than £1,000 in a single order using gift vouchers we may be unable or refuse to process the transaction or we may later cancel the transaction. If we either do not process or cancel a transaction the balance on the gift card(s) will not be reduced.
2.7. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, goods (such as merchandise), or any other services or products offered by Ticketek or by Plymouth Pavilions.
2.8. If the total purchase value exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance can be paid by the recipient. If the total purchase value is less than the voucher value, the difference will not be refunded but can be used towards future purchases, subject to these terms.

3. Expiry and Validity
3.1. Gift vouchers are valid within a period of two years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the voucher or at the time of purchase.
3.2. Expired gift vouchers will no longer be valid for redemption or use.

4. Lost or Stolen Gift Vouchers
4.1. Neither we nor Plymouth Pavilions cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or unauthorized use of gift vouchers after they have been purchased.
4.2. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the safekeeping of the gift voucher.

5. Refunds and Cancellations
5.1. Gift vouchers are generally non-refundable. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have. If in any circumstances we are required to refund you for the gift voucher in part or in full, the refund will be provided in the original form of payment used for purchasing the gift voucher.
5.2. We reserve the right to cancel and refuse redemption of a gift voucher if we or Plymouth Pavilions have reasonable grounds to believe that the voucher is being abused, misused, or involved in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to ticket fraud. In those circumstances we reserve the right not to provide a refund.
5.3. You may have the right to cancel your gift voucher purchase during a cooling-off period of 14 days starting on the date you bought it. During the cooling-off period, you may cancel your gift voucher purchase without providing any specific reason and receive a refund of the full voucher value. Only the purchaser can exercise this right. The cooling-off period will not apply if the gift voucher has been partially or fully redeemed by you or by any recipient. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel within the cooling-off period, please notify us in writing or by contacting our customer support team using the contact details provided below. We may require proof of purchase or other relevant information to process the cancellation and refund. Upon cancellation within the cooling-off period, we will refund the voucher value using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
5.4. If a recipient uses a gift voucher to purchase a ticket to an event that is cancelled, or for which a refund is otherwise provided, we may re-issue the recipient with a new gift voucher of equivalent value. You agree that we may do this.
