MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
YOUR PLYMOUTH PAVILIONS MEMBERSHIP
Plymouth Pavilions is operated by The Plymouth Pavilions Limited hereafter referenced as ‘Plymouth Pavilions’. By purchasing a Membership you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
GENERAL
- Each Membership will run for a term of 12 months or as stated.
- Membership benefits are limited to these Terms and Conditions.
- Membership benefits only apply to Pavilions Membership ticket holders, and do not apply to tickets purchased by individuals, despite their affiliation to any other person, group or organisation.
- Membership does not guarantee access to tickets.
- Plymouth Pavilions reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Double Act – Priority Queuing + Priority Tickets + Priority Bar Access for 2 people
PERKS INFORMATION
- Priority Bar – Access to our Priority Bar prior to the show and during intervals, where an interval order service will be available.
- Dedicated use of the cloakroom within the limits of our prohibited items policy.
- Shared use of the Priority queue to access the building on show nights.
- Advanced notification of new events prior to the general public.
- Seasonal what’s on leaflet in your inbox.
- Priority access to purchase tickets for shows and events at Plymouth Pavilions. ahead of the general public throughout your Membership term.
TICKETS
- All tickets purchased are subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale, in addition to any special Conditions and/or those of the Promoter.
- Tickets are limited to a max of 4 tickets per membership, subject to promoter restrictions as well.
- Whilst every effort will be made, Plymouth Pavilions are unable to guarantee availability of tickets. As such, Plymouth Pavilions reserve the right to restrict ticket purchases, and ticket amounts should Promoter restrictions be enforced.
- Where Plymouth Pavilions is not responsible for ticket sales, Membership priority ticket access will not apply. This also applies to ticket pre-sales facilitated by third party ticket agencies.
- Membership allocations will be fulfilled on a first come first served basis, thus specific seating requests can not be facilitated.
- Special offers will be facilitated in line with Promoter stipulations and can not be retrospectively applied.
MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS
- Membership will renew automatically unless you notify us 1 months in advance.
- You will be notified of your pending Membership expiry 2 month prior to the term end.
CANCELLATION
- Plymouth Pavilions reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to terminate any agreement and cancel any bookings where we reasonably suspect them (i) to have been made fraudulently, (ii) to have been purchased for resale or are resold or (iii) where you are otherwise in breach of our standard T&C’s or special conditions.
- Membership can not be refunded in full or part.
PAYMENT TERMS
You can start using your Membership benefits straight away once you have signed up online.
- Payment will be made online via our memberships website.
- Membership benefits apply from receipt of purchase.
- All Membership are subject to VAT.
