Priority Upgrade

Say bye-bye to big bar queues, so long to just hanging around in the bar, au revoir to lugging your coat and bag around, and say HELLO and where have you been all my life to PAVILIONS PRIORITY!

Pavilions Priority is the upgrade available to all ticket holders for a variety of shows at the Pavilions. You can pop them in your basket for £25.00 at any point in the run up to the show, grab them on the night, or you can pick ’em up as a little prezzie for someone special already coming to a show (hint, hint!)

Please note: This is an upgrade ticket, not an event admission ticket.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

As well as purchasing a Priority upgrade you will need to purchase a ticket for the performance/event via our website or Box Office, as you’ll need this standard ticket to gain entry to the Arena.

Priority upgrades cost £25 per person.

Absolutely, you can purchase with a gift voucher, you can redeem this online.

Nope, all priorities are created equally here. Regardless of the show, the cost and benefits remain the same.

You will need one upgrade per ticket holder, so in this case you would need to purchase 3 upgrades!

We’ll send you a Priority upgrade ticket, either by mobile or pdf; just keep this to hand throughout your visit to access your Priority benefits.

We’re afraid not, your Priority upgrade relates to hospitality and not the performance itself. There are however times when additional VIP experiences may be available, keep your eyes peeled when purchasing your standard tickets!

Priority customers will have their own dedicated fast track entrance at the front of the venue, as well as their own dedicated bar, so long queues are a thing of the past when you upgrade. Please be aware this does not offer early access to the venue but you will be in the bar enjoying your pre show drink alot quicker!

Yes you can. However, you must ensure the person you would like to attend also has a standard ticket for the performance/event.

Simple! Just join the Priority queue where you’ll be met by one of our friendly Stewards; they’ll take your coat and point you in the right direction. Once in the lounge, don’t forget to take advantage of your complimentary drink, ice cream and nibbles, all you’ll need is your Priority upgrade ticket – tasty!

Sure, as a Priority customer we offer complimentary coat and bag storage, we’re here to help! Simply pop back during or after the performance and your belongings will be ready and waiting. Don’t forget to check out our Bag Policy ahead of your visit!

Absolutely! The lounge will be fully stocked and waiting – relax pre show, pop by during the show, place an interval order

Yes, all persons aged 18 or over may use the bar. We do operate a challenge 25 policy when selling alcohol so think yourself lucky if we do ask you for ID!

Whether you’re after something soft, or something stronger, we’re sure to have something that’ll take your fancy! Complimentary drinks include bottled lager, beer and cider; wine, shorts or soft drinks – single measures of course!

Currently we have:
Old Mout Cider, Carlsberg, Bottled Tribute, Arapala House Wine (Red, White or Rose), Sanelo Prosecco (Individual Bottles). Beefeater Gin, Plymouth Gin, Lamb Spiced Rum, Absolute Vodka, Jameson’s – Britvic tonics, selection of soft drinks Coke, Fanta and Oasis.

We can extend you a very warm welcome, we can help you beat the queues, we can even water you, but I’m afraid that’s as far as we go. This upgrade does not include a ‘meet and greet’ or backstage entry. There are however times when additional VIP and ‘meet and greet’ experiences may be available, keep your eyes peeled when purchasing your standard tickets!

Definitely not! You can buy a Priority upgrade regardless of where you bought your ticket!

Sure, you can even upgrade when you head to the venue for the performance/event, but just bear in mind that Priority upgrades are limited and sold on a first come first served basis, so tell them not to hang on too long. Don’t forget, as well as purchasing a Priority upgrade they’ll need to have purchased a ticket for the performance/event, as they’ll need this standard ticket to gain entry to the Arena.
